S H I P P I N G

We aim to despatch orders within 3-5 working days, from the day the order is placed. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. We use Courier and Royal Mail to deliver your items. All orders are tracked. Please ensure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if this has not been provided correctly.

Delivery cost can vary and is dependant on the weight and size of your order and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note we currently only deliver to the UK.

R E T U R N S

We really hope you are happy with your purchase, but in the event that you are not, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to arrange a return. Please e-mail us at alifelessordinaryinteriors@yahoo.com and include the following information:

. Order number

. First and last name

. Shipping address

We will then send you an e-mail with more information on how to return.

Goods must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them, unused and in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Unfortunatly delivery fees are non refundable and the return will be at your own cost. We advise you use a tracked service and retain proof of despatch, as we can not be held accountable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear.

F A U L T Y A N D D A M A G E I T E M S

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item and require a refund or replacement, please contact us by e-mail at alifelessordinaryinteriors@yahoo.com within 48 hrs. Please provide us with your order number, full name and delivery address and photos of the damaged items and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will then arrange collection from you, please ensure to save all the original packaging so this can be returned.
